Avrora.nl provides a structured dispute resolution process to ensure all parties are treated fairly. Our goal is to resolve disputes quickly and justly.
Dispute Process
1A party opens a dispute via the task page
2Both parties have 48 hours to submit evidence
3An admin reviews the dispute and evidence
4A decision is made (refund, release, or split)
5Both parties are notified of the outcome
Evidence Guidelines
Strong evidence increases the chance of a favorable outcome. Submit screenshots, messages, photos of completed work, or other relevant documentation.

Appeal Process
If you disagree with the outcome, you can file an appeal within 7 days. A senior admin will re-examine your case.
