Transparent model — no hidden costs
Avrora uses a ‘pay-for-response’ model. Clients pay nothing to the platform; taskers only pay for the responses they send. No commission, no subscription.
For Clients: free
Posting tasks, browsing responses, chatting, choosing — all free. Avrora takes zero commission on the agreed price. You only pay the tasker, directly.
For Taskers: pay-for-response
Sending a response costs €2-3 (depending on category and task budget). This ensures only serious taskers respond — for clients that means higher quality, for taskers less unfair competition.
Credits cascade
Costs are charged in this order: (1) free newcomer responses → (2) welcome credits → (3) purchased credits → (4) direct EUR payment. You never have to choose — the system always uses the cheapest available.
Welcome credits (30)
Every new tasker receives 30 welcome credits. One response costs 1 credit. Welcome credits are not withdrawable to EUR — they’re designed to help you get started.
Escrow temporarily disabled
Avrora doesn’t currently handle payments between clients and taskers. You arrange payment between you. Mollie Connect (escrow) is coming later — until then the ‘pay directly’ model applies.
Disputes are free
Opening a dispute costs nothing. Our admin investigates each report manually and, in extreme cases, can suspend a tasker or refund credits.
We believe a fair model works for both sides: clients get quality without hidden fees, taskers only pay when they actually engage.
